These Terms govern use of the Servestack platform.
Plans & billing
Monthly plans renew monthly. Annual plans renew yearly. You may cancel at any time; refunds for the unused portion are issued at our discretion.
Acceptable use
Don't use Servestack to violate laws, infringe rights, or send unsolicited communications. We reserve the right to suspend accounts in violation.
Data
Restaurants retain ownership of their guest data and menu content. Servestack provides hosting, processing, and access services under license.
Service level
Servestack targets 99.95% uptime on Scale plans. Service credits are available for verified outages per our SLA.
